About the Role
- Manage and develop the learning tech stack and other digital learning platforms to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with HR systems, IT teams, and L&D teams to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly learning technologies that support global learning strategies.
- Ensure accurate tracking of learning data, build dashboards and reports to evaluate learning impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with external vendors and platform providers to manage licenses, upgrades, feature rollouts, and support tickets.
- Provide business plans, technical requirements, support, guidance, and training to internal stakeholders on how to use learning technologies effectively.
- Stay current with learning technology trends and innovations to enhance learner engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SCORM/xAPI content standards, and integration of enterprise HR and learning platforms.
- Strong technical and development knowledge of learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP), multimedia tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
- Expert level experience with software development practices and methodologies.
- Understanding of compliance, information security, and data privacy principles in a global context.
