Key Learning Solutions Professional

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative learning solutions that meet the organisation's learning needs. This includes designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality learning programs that enhance workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and development of engaging, impactful and strategically aligned learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and solutions.
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs, monitor their effectiveness and track ROI.
  • Support the development and delivery of robust data and evaluation methodology.
  • Partner with external vendors and subject matter experts to co-design and deliver learning experiences.
  • Administer and develop learning solutions within enterprise Learning Management Systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in learning or instructional design roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill in key authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate / CC suite, or Chameleon Creator.
  • Instructional design experience with a demonstrated ability to create original, high-impact learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with stakeholders to identify learning needs and solutions.
  • Strong project coordination capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and developing learning solutions within enterprise Learning Management Systems.
