We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Perth office on a 12-month contract. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two key areas of our People & Development team: Early Careers and Learning & Leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a background in early careers recruitment, learning and development, or a similar HR role. They'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacation clerks and graduates, overseeing the smooth running of these programs, and delivering tailored learning programs and materials to meet the needs of employees.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process for vacation clerks and graduates, including shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating rotations.
- Program Oversight: Oversee the smooth running of vacation clerkship and graduate programs, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.
- Learning Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver tailored learning programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and align with the firm's strategic goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, law societies, and student groups to position us as an employer of choice.
- Needs Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, recommend appropriate learning solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Background in Early Careers Recruitment, Learning and Development, or Similar HR Role.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services firm, or similar environment.
- Strong Facilitation and Presentation Skills.
