Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality learning resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop learning resources that are tailored to the needs of our customers and meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning content that is accurate and relevant
  • Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Design and implement assessment strategies to evaluate learner understanding and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in instructional design or a related field
  • Strong background in writing and editing, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into learning solutions
  • Experience with online learning development and associated technologies (e.g. SCORM, Learning Management Systems)
  • Familiarity with Help authoring tools (e.g. Madcap Flare) is a bonus
  • Degree or tertiary qualifications in Instructional Design, Training & Assessment, Technical Writing, Content Development is preferred
