We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Solutions Specialist to join a leading higher education institute in Perth for a 3 month assignment.

As a Digital Learning Solutions Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for schools' learning management systems and provide guidance and assistance to academic staff in optimising the use of digital technologies for learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing, diagnosing and solving issues and preventing user problems associated with technical support of learning and teaching technologies
  • Providing a high-quality customer-focused service and communicating clearly with staff and students
  • Assisting in building SharePoint pages, lists and power automate flows
  • General AV and IT support

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Digital Learning Solutions Specialist
  • Experience trouble shooting technologies such as Blackboard, Collaborate and Echo360
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience working in a university or TAFE would be highly desirable
