Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Senior Associate to take on key payroll responsibilities. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll operations, preferably in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions with accuracy and precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Test and troubleshoot payroll systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to align payroll and accounting functions, promoting operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries, providing accurate resolutions and support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function, driving productivity and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications

This position requires strong technical skills and experience in payroll operations, particularly with ADP GlobalView and Preceda software. A deep understanding of enterprise agreements and their application in payroll is also essential. Additional requirements include strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a large team environment.
