Overview

National Payroll Manager role at Appreciating Payroll.

Base pay range

A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

The role

Reporting into the P&C Director, you will form a key component of the Leadership Team along with P&C, ER & Payroll. Your remit includes the following:

  • Manage the payroll function (currently 3 reports) to ensure a timely & accurate delivery of payroll across Aus & NZ, with 8 EBAs.
  • Enhance current processes and procedures where possible, including through the increased use of technology & AI.
  • Improve the reporting & collaboration between P&C, ER & Payroll by driving various initiatives and projects.
  • Drive the overall payroll strategy of continuous improvement in line with global directives.
  • Ensure Payroll projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • A full PD is available for any suitable applicants.

A salary of circa A$170k + Super + Bonus is on offer to the successful candidate, along with a hybrid 3/2 working week, onsite parking, superb working environment, and a collaborative, supportive leadership team.
