The role
Reporting into the P&C Director, you will form a key component of the Leadership Team along with P&C, ER & Payroll.
Your remit includes the following:
Manage the payroll function (currently 3 reports) to ensure a timely & accurate delivery of payroll across Aus & NZ, with 8 EBAs.
Enhance current processes and procedures where possible, including through the increased use of technology & AI.
Improve the reporting & collaboration between P&C, ER & Payroll by driving various initiatives and projects.
Drive the overall payroll strategy of continuous improvement in line with global directives.
Ensure Payroll projects are delivered on time and within budget.
A full PD is available for any suitable applicants.
