Job Summary

This specialist role plays a pivotal part in guiding students from Australia through the postgraduate study process. You will work with a team focused on recruitment, developing strategies to attract and engage prospective students.

The specialist's responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to students about postgraduate study options
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Guiding students through the application and enrolment process
Impact of This Role

As a Postgraduate Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our team. Your role will involve providing critical support to students, representing partner universities, and ensuring that students receive thorough information about available courses.

You will be responsible for providing ongoing support throughout the student's journey, from inquiry to enrolment. This may involve addressing various obstacles students may encounter and providing guidance on processes.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Phone and email-based outreach to warm leads
  • Cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Academic Services, and Student Support teams
  • Ensuring data integrity and accurate records
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience in sales support or education-related fields (an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with integrity
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in any discipline
