
Academic Progress Manager

The Year Level Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the academic, cultural, social, emotional and physical development of students. This position fosters a sense of community and care that promotes student progress, while also supporting the spiritual development of students.
Role ResponsibilitiesThis key position involves monitoring the academic progress of students, driving a collaborative culture of quality student wellbeing, learning and operational excellence. As a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, the Year Level Leader supports the vision and goals of the College as a faith learning community.
Essential Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to drive a collaborative culture of quality learning, student and staff growth and academic excellence. You will work closely with the Student Wellbeing and Learning and Teaching Teams to develop and implement a holistic learning and teaching program.
- You will model excellent teaching practices and build the capabilities of our learners through evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
- You will support the vision of the College as a learning community and be involved in professional development and ongoing learning.
