  • Keep accurate, compliant records to support regulatory requirements across VET and Higher Education
  • Collaborate with academic, wellbeing, and student services staff to ensure a coordinated approach
  • Escalate complex cases to your Team Leader and contribute to continuous improvement of our processes

Qualifications

You'll thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive, and passionate about student success. To be effective, you'll bring:

  • Experience in student support, case management, or academic administration
  • Understanding of course progress monitoring, interventions, and compliance in VET or Higher Education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students from diverse backgrounds
  • Confidence in managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in student management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A professional and compassionate approach when handling sensitive matters
