Support Student Progression

The role involves championing and supporting 19+ students by removing barriers to progression routes through college.

Key responsibilities include working with Adult ESOL learners on careers guidance and academic support for successful progression within college provision, as well as developing opportunities to remove barriers to progression with various adult learner cohorts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A target-focused, driven, and self-directed individual with a nurturing approach is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with diverse adult learners, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for supporting students to achieve their goals.
