Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the client with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing. They will also provide emotional support and facilitate community access and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity
- Provide emotional support and engage clients in social and leisure activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to complete care plans, risk assessments, and reviews
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure. They will be able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
