Job Description

We are seeking dedicated support workers who want to make a positive impact on the daily lives of individuals with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. Our goal is to provide professional support from our staff.

As a support worker, you will assist mainly with medication management and community access, including attending appointments, recreational activities, shopping, etc. You will work independently or in a team and adapt to various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

The position involves assisting clients with personal care, light domestic duties, writing and submitting required reports, and community access. You may also be required to perform other duties as directed by the Client Service Manager and in line with the client's NDIS goals.

You should be friendly and patient with people living with disability. A professional attitude and willingness to learn and commit to continuous personal development are essential.

Strong English skills, including writing, speaking, reading, and listening, are required. Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone, are also necessary. Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position is crucial.

We require first aid certification, a current Queensland driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
