Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting a male client residing in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment.

**About the Client**

The client has complex behaviors of concern and significant communication needs. Adherence to his Behavior Support Plan and daily routine is essential to ensure consistency and quality of care. He enjoys engaging in various creative activities, including cooking, drawing, dancing, singing, and baking.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

We require candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

?? Medication Assistance
?? Autism Awareness
?? Behaviour Support
?? Mental Health
?? Dysphagia Management - preferred but not mandatory

**Rostered Hours**

Please note that shifts mentioned below must be completed in full by the same support worker. Unfortunately, rosters cannot be amended.

**PPT 5 Schedule**

30 hours per fortnight: Week 1 - Monday 16:00pm to 19:00pm, Tuesday 7:00am to 10:00am, Thursday 16:00pm to 19:00pm. Week 2 - Monday 7:00am to 10:00am, Tuesday 16:00pm to 19:00pm, Friday 6:30am to 9:30am, Saturday 11:30am to 19:00pm, Sunday 14:30pm to 19:00pm.

**Required Certifications and Documents**

We require candidates to possess the following certifications and documents:

?? Current First Aid and CPR certification or booking confirmation
?? Valid driver's licence
?? Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
?? VIC Working With Children - Employee
?? NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee
?? Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module

**Remuneration Package**

We offer a competitive remuneration package based on the SCHADS Award - Permanent Part-Time (PPT) Schedule E SIL:

- Day Shift (Mon-Fri): $33.03/hr
- Afternoon Shift (Ends 8pm-12am): $37.16/hr
- Active Night Shift (Ends after 12am or starts before 6am): $37.98/hr
- Saturday: $49.55/hr
- Sunday: $66.06/hr
- Public Holiday: $82.58/hr
- Sleepover Flat Rate: $57.99 per sleepover
