Job Opportunity: Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Building rapport and relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services
  • Current National Police Certificate
  • Open Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle
  • At least one year experience supporting individuals with complex disabilities
  • First Aid Certification and Smart Phone access
