Chief Product Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned product designer to join our team.
As a senior product designer, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic solutions that deliver maximum impact. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and designing, building, and testing innovative solutions.
Main responsibilities include conducting usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products, as well as participating in design critique sessions with cross-functional teams.
- User-centric design methodologies and best practices
- Strong problem definition and articulation skills – challenging assumptions and pre-set thinking around solutions
- Natural collaboration with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints
A successful candidate will have a process-driven approach focused on user needs, a strong service design approach to solving complex business problems, and be comfortable thinking through holistic experiences across multiple surfaces and touch points.
They will also possess relevant product design experience (SaaS or FinTech), autonomy, resilience on a fast-paced team, and a high bar for quality and craft in visual and interaction design.
