Product Design Leadership Role

This leadership role is responsible for driving the design vision and strategy across our product portfolio. The successful candidate will be a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative designs that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the design vision and strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of product designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them grow their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end user experience design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to understand user needs and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Establish and evolve our design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality across all our products.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer, including 4+ years in a leadership role managing designers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
  • Strong product logic & first principle thinking.
  • Ability to explore and thrive in ambiguous project contexts.
  • Solid track record of project management and delivery.
  • Outcome-oriented.
  • Financial industry experience is a plus, but intellectual curiosity is essential.
