About the Role:
The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees, customers, and visitors at the OpenText office. This role will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day services, including mail and delivery management, security badge administration, and consumable stock maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and provide a welcoming experience for all visitors
- Coordinate with employees and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor and maintain consumable stock levels to ensure a well-stocked office environment
- Inspect contracted services to ensure performance measures are met and equipment is functioning properly
- Coordinate with end-users on event support and meeting room management
- Ensure employee workplace satisfaction and successful implementation of facilities services
- Achieve KPIs based on the agreed Individual Performance Agreement with manager
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an office services role
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Team player with ability to work independently and cooperate with others to meet targets
- Goal-oriented and driven to resolve issues quickly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and 'can-do' attitude
