We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Reception team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

About the Role

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional client and in-house reception services, creating a seamless experience for our clients, employees, guests, community members, and interview candidates.

This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask at a fast pace while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform front-of-house services to a high standard, reflecting best practices, including greeting clients with a warm professional disposition.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor operate smoothly.
  • Answer phone calls and manage the reception mailbox.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous corporate service-related experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
