Administrative Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized individual who can deliver top-notch customer service at our reception desk while providing administrative support to our team. As an Administrative Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional front-line customer service, including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating issues, and managing customer information with confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Updating and maintaining customer and stakeholder records using our CRM application to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible in a timely manner.
- Performing reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with workload peaks by covering other support staff.
- Coordinating team and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling diaries, organizing catering, preparing agendas, and taking notes and following up on agreed actions when required.
- Preparing routine correspondence, emails, and briefs according to format and template requirements.
- Sorting incoming mail, administering outgoing mail, distributing faxes and packages, and assisting with bulk mail outs and correspondence.
This contract role offers an hourly pay rate of up to $45 per hour, plus Superannuation benefits. You will work a hybrid schedule, splitting time between working from home and our Parramatta office. The standard working hours are 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
