Job Description

This role focuses on the operational readiness of complex Automated Material Handling Systems. As a key member of our Service Excellence organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from project to steady-state operations. This involves managing the transition phase, setting up service contracts, and mitigating risks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to assess and takeover service contracts, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute transition plans in collaboration with customers and projects.
  • Manage end-to-end transition of complex solutions into stable operations, ensuring solution, service, and customer readiness.
  • Oversee service contract execution and handover to the Service Manager.
  • Coordinate budget and planning for transition activities.
  • Establish and manage client expectations, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Develop and professionalize site-based service teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will require strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in international environments and dealing with diverse cultures is essential.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project, integration, and stakeholder management within an international environment.
  • Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
  • A team player with excellent cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (40-50%).
