**About the Role**

We are seeking a forward-thinking Energy Transition Planning Specialist to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you will apply your technical expertise to help shape the future of the electricity system.

This specialist will work across the medium-term planning horizon, linking long-term strategy with actionable insights that support near-term operations. You will identify and solve emerging challenges such as minimum operational demand, evolving generation and load patterns, and the timing of major transmission projects.

You will deliver analysis and recommendations that inform executive and board-level decisions, helping to ensure a secure, reliable and efficient energy transition for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, knowledge of power system modelling, planning or operations, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
