Job Overview
As a Project Manager Operational Readiness, you will ensure the smooth transition of projects to steady-state operations and service material handling systems. This involves managing complex changeovers in automated environments and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to assess and take over service contracts.
  • Develop and execute transition plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful handovers.
  • Manage end-to-end transition processes for complex solutions.
  • Coordinate with customers, projects, and services to ensure timely and within-budget execution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer issues and manage expectations.
  • Develop and improve site-based service teams.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, integration, and stakeholder management within an international environment.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) is beneficial.
  • Fluent English language skills.
