The Transition Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of client restructuring, new business initiatives, and complex transitions. This involves obtaining a thorough understanding of client needs, planning, execution, and implementation within the organization.

Given the dynamic nature of this position, extensive market knowledge and experience are essential. A strong grasp of third-party investment managers, clients, and custodian requirements is also necessary. Fund accounting expertise, particularly with HiPort, would be beneficial.

To deliver exceptional results, commitment, engagement, and collaboration are paramount. This includes building and maintaining a continuous service program that supports the business, enhances its responsiveness, and protects existing requirements through effective scope management.

Effective transition solutions require well-developed strategies, architectures, technology standards, plans, and execution capabilities that align with the overall organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end coordination and project management of transition and fund restructure activities. Facilitation and coordination of business units, liaising with custodians, investment managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of client transitions and restructures.

Maintaining required transition records for reporting and audit trail purposes is crucial. Ensuring full, transparent, and appropriate communication to and from all stakeholders throughout the transition/restructure life cycle is also vital.
