About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team at Itbility. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading the requirements gathering process and ensuring that business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering
    • Identify and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and elicit requirements.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Requirements Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, solution architects, developers, testers, and delivery managers.
    • Ensure that requirements are well-defined, testable, and meet business needs.
  • Agile Methodologies
    • Apply Agile principles and practices to lead requirements and workshops with stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that requirements are properly implemented.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams.
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that requirements are properly implemented.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and delivery lifecycle management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
