Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and Document Business Requirements: Elicit and document business and technical requirements to support the strategy and goals of the remediation.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage stakeholders and apply a structured approach for the collection, documentation, and analysis of business needs and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate Workshops and Meetings: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are included in the development of business and technical requirements, including facilitating relevant workshops, meetings, working groups, etc.
- Influence Business Decisions: Influence the business on what remedial activities should be prioritized based on risk buy down.
- Work with Technical Teams: Work with AD engineers to capture impact to people, process, and technologies.
- Define Testing Procedures: Define System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
- Develop Documentation: Developing high-quality documentation, such as business requirement documents.
- Create Training Materials: Create training material such as user guides.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Applications: Strong experience working with Microsoft applications Azure, Teams, O365, Active Directory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Research and Testing: Ability to research and perform testing in the lower environments to gain an understanding of a process.
- Enterprise Scale Project Experience: Enterprise scale project experience.
