About the Role

M&T Resources is seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining customer-facing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Elicitation: Engage with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand business needs and accurately elicit requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key communicator, supporting the Delivery Manager, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Requirements-Gathering Workshops: Lead requirements-gathering workshops with various stakeholders and your squad, ensuring clear and actionable outcomes.
  • Technical Requirements Documentation: Document technical requirements effectively and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Requirements Definition and Refining: Define and refine both functional and non-functional requirements, adapting to both structured and Agile methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with squad members, including Designers, Solution Architects, Developers, Testers, and Delivery Managers, to drive project success.
  • Agile Mindset and Behaviors: Advocate for the Agile mindset and behaviors within your teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Mentorship and Support: Mentor and support team members and peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage the entire requirement and delivery lifecycle.
  • Customer and User Experience: Innovate proactively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer (CX) and user experiences (UX).
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in leading requirements workshops and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
  • Requirements Expertise: Strong expertise in defining requirements within both Agile and traditional project environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Positive Mindset: A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for managing project lifecycles.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to mentor, lead, and support your team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Agile Mindset: Demonstrated ability to promote and embody the Agile mindset in all interactions.
