About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Qantas. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in driving business innovation and transformation through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate customer and business problems into effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business vision and context.
  • Apply analytical skills to establish and generate reports, define improvements to features and processes, and support decision-makers in gathering information.
  • Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders through user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity and drive change with complex processes and systems.
  • Establish and execute reports in digital analytics or business intelligence tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  • Engage with stakeholders through structured workshops and day-to-day interpersonal interactions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Digital Business Analyst.
  • 1+ year experience in Agile ways of working.
  • Experience in Amadeus Reservations or other GDS Reservations systems is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven track record in communicating requirements and solving complex problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and proactively drive change.
  • Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Well-rounded digital, application, infrastructure, mobile, UI, and UX knowledge.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to drive change with complex processes and systems.
