About the Role:

The Perigon Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month day rate contract with the potential for extension. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining business requirements and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and requirements, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, solution architects, developers, testers, and DPMs, to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions.
  • Apply agile methodologies to drive business outcomes, influencing stakeholders and reaching common ground through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Lead requirements gathering, ideation, and solutioning workshops to drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage the requirement and delivery lifecycle, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst in large organizations, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Confidence and expertise in leading requirements gathering, ideation, and solutioning workshops, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Ability to define business requirements using agile techniques, including personas, customer journeys, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience in prioritization, story estimation, and planning ceremonies.
