We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our North Ryde team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing day-to-day operational support to clients, insurers, and internal colleagues across various administration tasks.

The role involves supporting the renewal process, warranty, General Insurance transactions, and policy administration.

You will work closely with teams to improve compliance and implement processes, while also issuing policy documentation and entering data.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-volume administrative role.
  • Exposure to or experience within the insurance industry, particularly general insurance and claims.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Possess initiative and be willing to challenge the status quo.
