Insurance Administration Support Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team and support our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a passion for helping and supporting others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and management of workflow
  2. Issuing of policy documentation and responding to client queries
  3. Managing daily KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficient workflow and workload
  4. Providing on-the-job training to support career development

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for helping and supporting others
  • Good initiative and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
