As an Insurance Administration Support Specialist at Aon, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team. Your primary responsibilities will include issuing policy documentation, data entry, and managing workflow through a centralised inbox for our national business. You will also be responsible for answering phones and responding to client queries, as well as greeting clients in the office when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Previous customer service experience would be desirable, but not essential. You will be provided with training to support your growth and develop your understanding of insurance.
