About the Opportunity

We are seeking multiple Business Support Administrators to join our team and provide operational and administrative support to local councils in Adelaide.

Job Description
  • Respond to queries via various channels, including telephone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Provide general administration support to the team as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Create and maintain statistical reporting and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage diaries and assist with projects in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Highly developed ability to use computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  2. Maintain confidentiality regarding all council departments and functions.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  4. Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a seamless function.
About You
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and produce accurate work within deadlines.
  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality standards.
What We Offer
