Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled senior associate to join our team and contribute expertise in corporate and commercial law.

About the Role

This unique opportunity offers a challenging mix of private M&A deals, with a strong focus on the automotive sector, alongside general commercial and corporate advisory matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners.
  • Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to junior lawyers within the team.
  • Manage private M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating business sale agreements, shareholder agreements, loan and security documents, and other key transactional contracts.
  • Deliver corporate advisory services, including advice on corporate governance and directors' duties, as well as reviewing general commercial contracts and providing guidance on franchise and agency agreements within the motor vehicle sector.
Your Skills and Qualifications

You will have 5+ years PAE in commercial and M&A work with good attention to detail. Additional requirements include:

  • Experience with property transactions and commercial lease experience.
  • The ability to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations and drafting.
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with clients and other parties.
  • The ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers.
