Corporate Lawyer Position

This position presents an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate lawyer to join a reputable national mid-tier firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in Private M&A and ECM transactions, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

The role involves working on a variety of Private and public M&A deals, as well as Equity Capital markets transactions. Additionally, the lawyer will provide corporate governance advice and support the development of the company's business.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • 1-6 years of post-admission experience in Corporate law
  • Experience in either Private M&A and/or ECM
  • A positive and friendly attitude
