The Team The Sydney Corporate team is part of a globally integrated transactional practice, known for its high-end M&A and private equity work.
The team advises local and international clients on complex corporate deals, including governance, foreign investment, joint ventures, and IPOs.
The Role This is a unique opportunity to work on complex matters with global impact.
As an Associate in the team, you will: Advise on a mix of M&A, corporate advisory, and commercial transactions Support senior lawyers on cross-border deals and large-scale strategic transactions Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and conduct due diligence Gain exposure to international workstreams through the firm's global platform Requirements To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: 2–5 years' experience in corporate law, with strong exposure to M&A Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen Strong drafting, research, and communication skills A proactive, collaborative approach and interest in cross-border work A strong academic record Contact For further information, please contact Lucia Ferraro on +61 (0) 410 393 811 or with your academic transcript and updated CV for a confidential discussion.
