Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our Mental Health Triage team. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality clinical expertise to individuals and groups within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to consumers while guiding a dedicated team of nurses
- Leveraging your expertise to enhance care delivery and ensure clinical practices meet the highest standards
- Leading important projects and contributing to continuous improvement of consumer care
- Fostering a collaborative environment that empowers team members and enhances their professional development
- Shaping effective triage processes and ensuring services are responsive to consumer needs
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in mental health
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Committed to delivering exceptional care to vulnerable populations
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,537 - $126,970 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual leave with loading, flexible work arrangements, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
