- Previous relevant experience working as a Registered Nurse with high-level clinical skills and supervisory responsibilities in an aged care environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and ability to participate in accreditation visits and quality audits.
Southern Cross Care offers a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
- Bupa Health Insurance and Anytime Fitness discounts.
- Salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 annually to maximise your take-home pay.
