About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our Allergy and Clinical Immunology Unit at the Women's and Children's Health Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate nursing teams to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate services.
- Utilize advanced theoretical knowledge and clinical expertise to achieve agreed patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Capacity to prioritize workload and meet set timelines with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to be creative, innovative, and flexible in the clinical setting.
