We're seeking an accomplished and results-driven professional to assume a senior leadership position within our organization. As the key leader of one of our high-performing clubs, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive membership growth, increase revenue, and enhance overall club performance.
  • Oversee daily club operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences, maintaining high-quality facilities, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, focusing on recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage staff rosters, approve leave requests, and oversee payroll processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize internal software systems to monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement engaging events and programs to attract new members, retain existing ones, and promote brand awareness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the fitness industry, preferably with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to think creatively, innovate, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly developed emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with others and provide effective guidance and support.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to acquire.
  • Australian working rights.
