Fitness Club Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art fitness club. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large teams, leading strategic planning, and implementing operational improvements. They will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including member growth, revenue targets, and retention rates.
About You- You will have a proven track record in leadership roles, with a strong background in management, operations, and customer service.
- You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with staff, members, and stakeholders.
- You will have a passion for fitness and wellness, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Manage staff rostering, approve leave, and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Conduct statistical reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role at a large gym or health club.
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs, with a strong focus on member growth, retention, and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and executing business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff, members, and stakeholders.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
