Who are we looking for?

You must have the experience in a previous Club Manager role, desire, energy and drive to grow and develop a state-of-the-art Health Club.
We want people with the vision and creativityto drive the day-to-day operations of this successful club in one of Sunshine Coasts most dynamic growthsuburbs. You will work directly with the area Manager .

You will be required to complete daily/monthly KPI's while implementing best practice techniques to maximise sales, retention, club profitability and performance.

Essentials.

SALES and member retention experience is essential.

Industry management experience

A vibrant personality, where talking to people comes naturally

Able to learn new systems quickly

Energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills

Experience in building and managing client relationships

High sense of integrity, honesty, drive and self-motivation.

A passion for helping people through health and fitness

Be professional and well presented

A Team player able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers

Flexibility to work up to 6 days including Saturday (One Saturday per month)

Excellent ability to network and build lasting relationships with Business and members of the community.

First Aid Certificate & CPR and current Blue Card

What is the focus of the role?

• The Club Manager is responsible for management of the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention and all other revenue streams

• Sales Management - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach

• Achieving monthly KPIs and financial reporting

• Proactively seeking new membership opportunities to drive growth.

• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image in the community

• Social media and club management reporting

• Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.

• Maintaining a high standard of club presentation and cleanliness.

• If you are successful in this role you will have the opportunity to develop your business and management skills and acquire insight into how a successful business operates and how strategic operations can affect gross revenue, net profit and the culture within the business.
