Leadership Opportunity: Club Operations Management

As a seasoned operations professional, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our club, ensuring exceptional facilities and member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee staff rostering to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Approve leave and fortnightly payroll for staff members.
- Utilize internal software systems, including Clubware and Debit Success, to monitor and improve internal communications and procedures.
- Plan, manage, and execute club events, such as open days and challenges.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced people manager who can recruit, onboard, train, and retain top talent. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and engage teams, and deliver training and mentoring programs.
Additionally, our successful candidate will have experience in budget management, financial analysis, and statistical reporting. They will be skilled in using various software applications to analyze data and inform business decisions.
