Club Services Operations Manager

Our Club Services Manager role is responsible for ensuring residents and family members have a single point of contact.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, business hours. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, team player, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Coordinate the welcome process, manage enquiries, conduct tours, facilitate the sales process, coordinate admission and resident orientation activities.
- Be the face of our club services department.
- Handle day-to-day resident and family queries.
- Manage service levels and delivery of club services commitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions as required.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flair for promotion and ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Administrative and budget management skills.
