We are seeking a skilled Freight Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As the primary point of contact for inbound calls, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the Role- Provide professional and personable customer service via phone and other communication channels.
- Liaise with sales and operations teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Assist with new subscriptions and changes to plans, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer accounts to proactively address potential challenges and maintain agreed customer service levels.
- Escalate and communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
