**Freight Bookings Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service-Freight Bookings specialist. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse and wider teams with freight planning, preparation, and processing out of Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching consignments via allocated freight carriers.
  • Daily manifest creation and maintenance.
  • Pallet account management.
  • Booking transport companies for pick up orders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of customer service & transport-freight functions.
  • Accurate data entry skills for Excel spreadsheets.
  • A strong attention to detail, organized, and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to problem solve and present creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

Working Environment:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
  • Reports to the National Sales Manager or Managing Director.
