Operational Freight Specialist

CEVA Logistics offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of our global operations. We are seeking an experienced Operational Freight Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely updates and resolutions to customer inquiries
  2. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to optimize route planning and improve job profitability
  3. Register shipments in the Transport Management System and generate shipping documents within set deadlines
  4. Collaborate with overseas offices to resolve queries and ensure seamless communication
  5. Approve invoices and resolve unexpected charges

As an Operational Freight Specialist, you will play a vital role in meeting operational KPIs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with QHSE and pharma-related requirements. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in air and sea freight operations and develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in freight operations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
