Freight Resolution Specialist

Role Summary:

This position focuses on resolving customer complaints related to freight and logistics. It involves providing visibility into customer backorders, managing returns, and collaborating with warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively address customer care notifications and feedback related to freight for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Process returns and work with the Warehouse team for timely completion of tasks.
  • Effectively utilize systems to document actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
  • Communicate effectively on back-order management.
  • Support Account Managers on freight-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management/transportation/warehouse teams.
  • Build trust with field sales to enhance Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from the field.
  • Manage emails in a timely manner.
  • Support training of new team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems advantageous but not mandatory.
