Job Summary:
Labour Force is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and growing industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client, a leading company in the Supply Chain industry.
About the Role:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Assist the pallet control team with administrative tasks, such as checking pallet dockets and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Collate and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Work from both the Brendale and Strathpine offices, providing administrative support to our client.
Requirements:
- Hold a current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Drug test and Pre-employment medical assessment.
- At least one year of previous experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Ability to complete fast and accurate data entry.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and organized.
